Bhagavan Sri Maha Vishnu is known as ‘sarvavyapi’ (सर्वव्यापि / ಸರ್ವವ್ಯಾಪಿ / sarvavyāpi) and also called as ‘antaryaami’ (अंतर्यामि / ಅಂತರ್ಯಾಮಿ / antaryāmi).

This means he is present everywhere and in everything (sarvavyapi – sarva = everywhere, vyapi = present) and as ‘antaryaami’ (antaryaami – antar = inside everyone, yaami = present) as inside everyone.

Similary Bhagavan Sri Maha Vishnu is also present inside every river.
