Bhagavan Lord Sri Rama was born (took avatar) in Suryavamsha (Suryavansh, Solar Dynasty). In this Suryavamsha (Suryavansh, Solar Dynasty) there were great kings like Raghu, Ikshvaku, Mandata and other kings.

The original and main great person of this clan is Lord Sri Hari (Vishnu). The son of Sri Hari (Vishnu) is Lord Sri Brahma Deva. Only divine men and women were born in this clan.

To be born in this clan, one must be a devotee of Bhagavan Lord Sri Hari (Narayana) and the grace of Bhagavan Sri Hari (Vishnu). Only then one can born in this clan, or never.

King Dasharatha Maharaja is the father of Lord Sri Rama, Lakshmana, Bharat and Shatrughna (Shatrughan).

Rama Lakshmana Bharat Shatrughna (Shatrughan) mother names are as given below:

Lord Sri Rama’s mother is Kausalya Devi. Lakshmana’s mother is Sumitra Devi. Bharat’s mother is Kaikeyi Devi. Shatrughna’s (Shatrughan) mother is also a Sumitra Devi.

Rama Lakshmana Bharat Shatrughna (Shatrughan) wives names are as given below:

Lord Rama wife name is Sita Devi. She is an avatar of Goddess Sri Maha Lakshmi Devi. Lakshmana (Lord Shesha avatar) wife name is Urmila Devi. She is an avatar of Goddess Varuni Devi (Lord Shesha wife).

Bharat (Lord Kama Deva / Lord Vishnu’s Sudarshana chakra avatar) wife name is Mandavi Devi. She is an avatar of Goddess Rati Devi (Lord Kama Deva wife).

Shatrughna / Shatrughan (Lord Aniruddha / Lord Vishnu’s Panchajanya Shankha avatar) wife name is Shrutakirti Devi. She is an avatar of Goddess Usha Devi (Lord Aniruddha wife).

All of them take birth (avatar) in Suryavamsha (Suryavansh / Solar Dynasty) (Raghu vamsha / vansh / lineage, Ikshvaku vamsha / vansh / lineage).

Dasharatha’s first son is Lord Sri Rama, second son is Lakshmana, third son is Bharat and fourth son is Shatrughna (Shatrughan):

Rama Lakshmana Bharat Shatrughna (Shatrughan) children (sons) names are as given below:

1. Sri Rama’s sons’ names are Kusha (elder) and Lava! 2. Lakshmana sons’ names are Angada and Chandraketu!

3. Bharat’s sons’ names are Taksha and Pushkala! 4. Shatrughna’s (Shatrughan) sons’ names are Subahu and Shatrupaati (also called Shatrughaati)!

The eldest of them Kusha wins Kumudvati and reigns in a place called Kushavati or Kushasthali. Lava becomes the King of Shravasti or Lavashtali. Taksha becomes King of Takshashila.

Pushkala becomes King of Pushkalavati. Angada becomes King of Karupatha. Chandraketu becomes King of Chandrakanta. Subahu becomes King of Madhuranagara.

Shatrupaati becomes King of Vidishanagara. Kusha-Kumudvati couple became parents of Atitihi. From this couple (Kusha-Kumudvati) a son called Nishadha was born. Then, Nabha | Pundareeka | Kshemadhanva |

Devanika | Anheeka | Pariyaatra | Balashtala | Vajranabha was born as a son who had the amsha (divine part) of Lord Surya. His son name is KhagaNa |

Vidruti | Hiranyanabha – He was known as Yogacharya and was a disciple of Maharishi Jaimini. | Hiranyanabha’s son name is Pushya | Dhruvasandhi | Sudarshana | Agnivarna | Sheegra |

Maru: This Maru had received siddhi (divine knowledge) in the Yogasamadhi. This great Maharaja Maru still lives in the village called Kalaapa. At the end of the Kaliyuga, when Suryavamsha (Suryavansh) (Surya lineage) is lost, he regenerates and again develops the Suryavamsha (Suryavansh).

Maru’s son name is Prasushruta. | Sandhi | Amarshana | Mahasvanta | Vishwasaanhva | Prasenajit | Takshaka | Brihadbala – This Brihadbala was killed by Abhimanyu during the Kurukshetra War. |

To this Suratha was born a son named Sumitra, the last king of the Suryavamsha (Suryavansh) dynasty.

All of them are the descendants of great Suryavamsha (Suryavansh) and the great Kings like Ikshvaku, Raghu, Dasharatha, Sri Rama etc.

The great vamsha / vansh (lineage) of Suryavamsha (Suryavansh) disappeared in Kaliyuga after Sumitra.
