Just before going to "List of Manvantaras (Indras and Manus) names", let us know a brief basic and very important information.
Bhagavan Lord Sri Narayana (Lord Sri Vishnu) sleeping on a leaf and water before the start of a new Kalpa.
And thus His name is Sri Narayana (In Sanskrit Nara = water and ayana means resting / sleeping).
In Hindu Sanatana Dharma, Manvantara is a cyclic period of time identifying the time frame, monarchy, age etc. of a Manu.
Here a Manu is the ancestor of the mankind. The present Manu name is called as 'Vivasvana Manu'.
In every Manvantara, seven Rishis, certain Devatas / Demigods,...
